What This Layer Does
The Command Center & Dashboards layer is the face of IWMS — the interface through which every user, from a village operator to a state minister, interacts with water data. Each role tier gets a customized dashboard tuned to their responsibilities and authority level. The Citizen Portal provides public transparency on supply schedules and water quality in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
